The Acura 2004 TL draws on the Acura heritage of precision craftsmanship by incorporating some of the most innovative materials and engineering techniques in the automobile industry. From its close-fitting, bright, dual trapezoidal exhaust tips to the plush, perforated leather trim on its seats. The Acura 2004 TL engine is designed to run for 105,000 miles before its first scheduled tune-up. Interior Fit and Finish

The new Acura 2004 TL continues the Acura tradition of class-leading luxury with plush, perforated leather-trimmed seats and large side bolsters to hold the driver and passengers in place. The steering wheel features a smooth "grip" section complete with thumb rests. Satin plating gives a sophisticated feel to the shift knob, door lining, console and cup holder. Gaps are minimized between the instrument panel and door lining. Aluminum threshold trim lends a modern look and further complements the high-tech interior.

Exterior Fit and Finish

Refined craftsmanship is evident in the exterior details of the all-new Acura 2004 TL. Its dynamic new design feature pronounced fender flares and large, 17-inch open-spoke aluminum-alloy wheels for a powerful, aggressive stance. Satin plating and high-gloss moldings give it a sophisticated appearance. Windshield wipers are situated lower to increase driver visibility. The gaps where body panels meet are narrow and consistent. And reduced side-mirror housing further complements its aerodynamic design and helps keep wind noise to a minimum.

Acura 2004 TL Materials

The meticulous nature of our stylists and engineers are never more apparent than with close inspection of build materials. An aluminum-alloy subframe reduces engine vibration and saves weight while adding to body rigidity. Thinsulate™ Insulation lines the doors, instrument panel, center console, seats, parcel tray and front and rear roof pillars. And a special acoustic layer in the windshield glass reduces road noise to a mere 10 dB.

Acura 2004 TL Warranty

Acura commitment begins with the delivery of each vehicle. All new Acura vehicles and any dealer-installed accessories are covered by a 4-year/50,000- mile limited warranty, while the outer body is covered by a 5-year/unlimited-mile limited warranty against rust-through.
